Indiana Jones 5 Is Coming
Earlier this week, the 15th to be exact, Disney revealed plans for a 5th installment of the Indiana Jones franchise. It started coming together in February and has Harrison Ford and Steven Spielberg attached to this. This comes after years of rumors involving sequels, reboots and Chris Pratt. It always led back to Chris Pratt. All I can think is “Man, if George Lucas isn’t involved in it and it’s good I will feel really bad for the guy.” After Star Wars being so good and then this? I can totally understand why he hates dedicated fans.

At the moment Indiana Jones 5 is slated for a July 19, 2019 release.

SPL 3 Announced
SPL 2 was a huge hit in China earning $80.6 million (US). At an event in Hong Kong producer Paco Wong (SPL, Legendary Assassin) announced that there would be a third film in the series. No cast or crew have been announced as of yet. At the moment SPL II seems to be still be making the festival circuit with an appearance at the Glasgow Frightfest earlier this month.

Besides this news most articles are wildly speculating on who will star in it. The two biggest names being, obviously, Donnie Yen and Tony Jaa. I can also see Wu Jing and Simon Yam appearing since they were stars in both entries (and Simon Yam seems to do 80 movies a year).

About Douchebag Batman

If you found this blog, I probably know you personally. Basically I'm using this for movie reviews, MMA previews, and the occasional wackiness from out of left field. Shout out to the horror short Welcome to the Party for the hella boss avatar. I'm not very good at selling this, am I? Anyway just check it out. You'll be filled with laughter. From my actual writing or realizing "Wow this guy needs an editor".
